View Your Trip

You can view your itinerary on www.virtuallythere.com.
Ask your travel arranger for your six character Reservation Code. Enter this
code in the box marked "Reservation code". (An example of a reservation code
would be "JHEEAW").
* Enter the traveler's last name in the box marked "Passenger last name."
* Click "View Itinerary."
* On the Traveler Verification page enter either the e-mail address or the
password you provided your travel arranger.
* Click "Submit."
The itinerary you will see contains full flight information: date, time of
travel; Airline; flight number; aircraft; airline's system conformation;
people traveling in your party.
Price and rules on the ticket are located on the bottom of the itinerary.

To BOOK, CONFIRM, REVISE or CANCEL travel reservations, please contact

E ticket receipt

You can view your e ticket receipt by login to www.virtuallythere.com

Once you open  your itinerary, the e ticket receipt is located under the
passenger name. Please click there to open and print the e ticket receipt.
Your eTicket receipt will be available on Virtually There for 71 days after
it has been issued by your travel arranger or until your trip plans are no
longer available on Virtually There, whichever comes first.
Please save your e ticket receipt and present at the airline ticket counter
when you travel.
