No show ticket has no value. Please cancel your reservation if there is a change in your travel plans by calling 800-890-3731 from 9 am – 6 pm EST Mon - Fri. Failure to cancel a confirm booking may result in automatic cancellation of your entire itinerary.
Cancellation or change penalty is 300 usd. Some ticket may be non refundable. Please check with your travel agent regarding ticket rules. If you paid by credit/check card refund will be issued within a week of cancellation. Depending on your bank, refund may take up to 6 weeks to show as a credit back to your account.
If you have a paper ticket and you need to cancel it, please call us to cancel the reservation and ship the ticket back to Payless BG, 537 Chicago Ave, Dunedin FL 34698
