Alitalia's flights New Premium Economy Service on Sale
published on 05.03.2010

Alitalia will launch Premium Economy service on select intercontinental routes starting in August 2010.

The service will be available for sale on routes operated by the new A330 aircraft, which will be used on nonstop flights from the US to Milan.

Beginning on August 10, 2010, the service will be available from New York - JFK to Milan.

On June 3, 2010, Alitalia will launch Miami - Milan nonstop and a new A330 will begin service on the route on August 12th.

The new cabin aims to offer a premium level of service versus economy class for a reasonable difference in price.

Unfortunately this is valid only for the flight to Milan. The flights to Sofia on Alitalia are via Rome. Alitalia operates daily from New York, Chicago, Boston, Miami to Rome and Milan.
